Color and Lighting /Figure Painting Class -UPDATED w/ In Class Demos

I'm teaching a painting class for the first since I taught at Mark Westermoe's school in Sherman Oaks back around 2000. The main gist of the class is seeing and recognizing natural color relationships and pushing them. Learning to observe color from life and increasing your repertoire of color combinations....

The purpose of the in class demos is not to show how well I can paint, but to teach an idea or concept. Although these are loose, drawing and structure is always stressed

    1. Thanks, Diana- thats really sweet!! There's a lot of great classes out there- I'm flattered that you think well of mine. CDA is a great school, and any class that Kevin has at his school will not disappoint. I'm sure you'll get in...or you'll take something better!!!
      Cheers,
      Dan

  6. Thanks for the reply! I was just wondering if you plan on teaching next summer as well. Or if you do any other classes/workshops outside of CDA. I was not able to get into your class this summer, but I really hope to meet you some day!

    Thank YOU!! :)

  7. Diana,
Sorry you couldn't get into the class. I don't know about future terms as that depends on my schedule at Disney, and what Kevin needs at his school, CDA.
No plans currently to do workshops or other classes outside of CDA-its too much time on top of working at the "Mousehouse." And I hope to meet you, too!!!
